On June 28 and 29, Ocellott attended the FAPESP Week China, an event held in partnership with the China-Lac Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC) in Dongguan and Shenzhen. Rodrigo Junqueira, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Ocellott, highlighted the importance of this participation for the company’s international expansion.
Junqueira explained the challenges in the aerospace sector in Brazil, which motivated Ocellott to explore new markets about three years ago by opening a business office in Daytona Beach, USA. “The opportunity to attend FAPESP Week China was perfect timing, aligning with our internationalization efforts. In addition to the scheduled visits included in the event program, we already have several meetings lined up with potential suppliers of electronic boards and other components for our systems. We will also visit potential clients, such as EHang,” he said, referring to the Chinese company that develops and manufactures electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicles for passenger transport.
During their time in China, Ocellott is seizing the opportunity to prospect partnerships and markets, strengthening their global presence.
