Modirum | Gespi, a leading developer of advanced defence technologies, has acquired a majority stake in Ocellott, a Brazilian Strategic Defence Company (EED) renowned for its excellence in complex electronic engineering.
This move marks a key milestone in Modirum | Gespi’s long-term strategy to consolidate critical capabilities under one roof, enhancing its industrial base in Brazil and accelerating the delivery of fully integrated defence systems.

The acquisition directly supports Modirum | Gespi’s expanding portfolio of autonomous unmanned platforms, including its swarming systems.
