The 7th Mostra BID Brasil took place between the 6th and 8th of December, one of the most important events in the defense and security segment in the country. Held by ABIMDE (Brazilian Association of Defense and Security Materials Industries), with the support of Apex-Brasil, the event had over 4300 visitors.
In its first participation, Ocellott was featured in the event, taking the complete portfolio in the defense area. At its stand, Oce presented products developed for the three Brazilian Armed Forces, such as the MCV-2000 Command and Control Tactical Display, used by the Brazilian Army, the MAGE MK3 Antenna, used by the Brazilian Navy and the Electric Surge Suppressors , used by the Brazilian Air Force (present on the KC-390).
Among the various products presented, the highlight was the OCE-152 rechargeable Li-Ion battery. The OCE-152 battery is extremely robust and has high reliability, being able to operate in a wide temperature range. The OCE-152 is a Brazilian battery for handheld radios compatible in form, fit and function with the radios used by the Armed Forces of Brazil. These are important features, as they cut the dependency on importing these materials by the Forces.
We were honored to receive several foreign authorities and delegations present at the event, an incredible opportunity to present Oce’s portfolio.
